Has anyone here ever worked out with bodybuilding.com's workout programs? Can someone give me their thoughts about the "shortcut to size" program by Dr. Jim Stoppani?

It looks like a 12 week program. This means there is no real gain in size likely to happen since muscle hypertrophy occurs after the first 8-12 weeks of training while neurological adaptations occur within the first 8-12 weeks of hypertrophy training.

I didn't read enough of the details to say more than that...
