What is the best diet/nutritional software to use when planning and creating diets?

What software (if any) do you use to help make creating diets easier that provides macronutrient values, etc. without having to search specific food values each time.

Any help or info would be great!

Shameless plug, but I spent a long time (more hours than I care to think about) developing an Excel based planner, recently incorporating a section for those that wish to follow an intermittent fasting protocol. My planner allows people to select from a wide variety of foodstuffs, as well as giving people the option to add their own foods. Carbs (sugar & fibre), protein, fat (saturated) & calorie values are all given. I also added the option to set baseline levels of both calories & macro nutrients.

Hi Chris

I've used this one - http://www.myfoodrecord.com/mainnat.html - but they may have made some changes to it since then.

I have a pretty comprehensive list of foods with their nutrient profile that I use when doing client's diet analysis, so I don't usually use software.
