Your diet looks like something a supplement company would put up in an advertisment.

First let me say I don't know what half of those supplements are, and I'm not going to look them up.

You need to stop eating protein bars, and weight gainers, and eat some REAL food.

Hi Nathan,

I'm not a huge fan of using protein bars except if you need to for convenience but otherwise, the supplements you are using are fine. I don't think Sebastian is aware that the contents of Myofusion and Real Mass actually come from foods and are totally appropriate for hitting your protein, calorie and other nutrient needs when bulking. Also, they contain high-quality proteins like especially whey protein, which is probably as healthy as eating fruits and vegetables.

Otherwise, your diet looks quite good and you will just have to adjust so that if you are gaining too fast (and therefore likely to gain excess fat) you decrease your calorie intake and if you are not gaining quickly enough, then increase calories.

See my article: http://fitnessinventor.com/articles/652-how-to-gain-muscle-it-s-the-calories-stupid for advice on how to adjust your calorie and nutrient intake, etc for bulking.

Thanks Mark I use the protein bars ( flapjacks) because I work on a building site & don't have the time to sit down to have long breaks in the morning & afternoon so they seem the best way to get good calories in thanks for your help Nathan

I just wonder what you are really trying to do ? its very tough to do both.when I go on a bulking phase thats what i stick to i focus on nothing but mass. Because I know my body I know when to stop bulking because if you dont you will become a blob. Then I shred down.and thats when you see what you really have gained.Protein bars are a waste of money. I eat them very seldom only if im in a bind and i cant get real food right away.too much sugar in those things. your better off using your protein shakes and taking them with you, I freeze mine and take with..
