Do you have any idea why I still haven't lost any weight?

Wow! I have still not lost 1 lb in 3 weeks! My diet is extremely strict throughout the week, I allow myself to have an "off" diet day (Saturdays) and back to dieting Sundays but I am still fluctuating between 135 - 136 lbs.

Hi Fly,

If you're not losing weight, it is some combination of calories, foods you're eating, supplements and/or exercise.

If you ask a new question that includes your diet / supplement and exercise regime, I'll have a look at it and provide feedback.

My meals Sunday - Friday

Meal 1 - 1/2 Cup Oats, 3 Egg whites, 1 tsp coco nut oil, cinnamon, vanilla or maple extract
cup coffee

Meal 2 - 1 Scoop Whey, 5 fish oil

Meal 3 - Turkey Burger, 1 100 cals bread, veggies, mustard

Meal 4 - 1 Scoop Whey
Pre-workout (fuzion pre workout, BCAA)

Meal 5 - 1 Scoop Whey, 8 grams glutamine

Meal 6 - 4 oz. Chicken breast, veggies, 1 tbsp low fat dressing

Weight training :

4 times a week

Day 1
Shoulders/Biceps

Day 2
Legs

Day 3
Chest/ Triceps

Day 4
Back

Cardio: 3-4 time a week.. cycling or stairmaster or treadmill
