Is my morning smoothie OK?

Hi All,
My morning smoothie that I have as soon as I wake up consists of whey, bcaa, oats and peanut butter.
Is this okay for first thing? After all, I want the whey to go into my body straight away therefore by having it with the oats and pbutter, will this slower the absorption?

whey
There is no reliable evidence that peanut butter or oats will significantly slow the absorption of the whey protein. Fat does not seem to slow the emptying of whey protein from the stomach into the intestines where it is absorbed. I would advise using cooked and not raw oats though, as they could feasibly suck up a small amount of whey protein along with the accompanying liquid in your smoothie.
