How can I lose weight while maintaining muscle mass?

Hello ,
I am in the process of cutting weight for a k1 fight. My body fat percentage is 13.6%. I want to cut another 2 kgs but maintain or even build a bit more muscle as I am 78kg and 6' 4" tall.

I have whey cla green tea extract bcaa's cherry active and some casien from my protein. After some research I have found to be very poor quality so I don't think that I will be using it any more.

Any diet advice , workouts (e.g. reps, tempo, etc.) would be appreciated.

Cheers.

I would keep protein levels up, reduce carbs and fat, and workout-wise do intense sessions so rep range depending on how you feel I would try doing 10-15 reps (with only a min rest between each set). Also try DTP, if you search it on here you will find out what it is. And maybe GVT to throw in (again just search on here). Also do HIIT about 3 days a week, if its on a training day then do it at opposite ends of the day.

Maybe try grenade thermo detonator too, I hear it works well.

Hi Leo,

If you are training appropriately for K1, then your training isn't the problem, it's your diet.

See my previous article but come nearer to fight time you have to cycle your carbs and carb up after your weigh in.
