Will having carbonated water drinks affect my fat loss?

The nutrition label says that there aren't any calories in the drink, but I'm not sure what a couple of the ingredients are and if these ingredients can affect my fat loss hormones or my ability to decrease my body fat.

Hi Mel,

If it doesn't have calories, unless it affects your metabolic rate or your metabolism, then it won't cause you to gain weight. I can't think of any calorie-free drinks that would cause weight or fat gain. Some people claim this effect can occur but I haven't seen any good evidence of it and I routinely drink sugar-free beverages.
