When depleting my carbs should I increase my protein by 50 grams a day?

Hi Eoughan

Just ensure that your protein intake is greater than one gram per pound of bodyweight and get on and / or stay on creatine monohydrate. The rest is just a matter of adjusting carb intake and eating a reasonable amount of fat - especially healthy and essential fats.
