What is a "good" fat burner supplement?

Hi,

I'm thinking of using a fat burning supplement. I've read a lot about "Animal Cuts" and "Grenade". My diet is clean and I train 5 days per week (split routine). I weigh 15.7 stone (down from 17 stone in 3 months), but can't seem to increase my vascularity. Any idea please whether a fat burner would be advised, and if so which one do you recommend?

Hi Christian,

Assuming you are watching your diet and making sure that it is high in lean proteins and vegetables and low in sugar and starchy carbohydrates and that you are exercising intensely and consistently, a fat burner can be helpful. Both Cuts and Grenade are amongst the best fact burners, so you can;t go wrong with either.

To increase vascularity, of course losing body fat helps but dark chocolate seems to work the best acutely but also NO (nitric oxide, pre workout products) that don't contain DMAA (geranium / 1,3 dimethylamylamine).

Thanks Mark. So, would you recommend a pre-workout supplement instead of a fat burner?
