I am carb cycling, what do I do on my rest days?

Hi All,

I'm on a 5 day carb cycling diet (just started this Monday); 2 Med (190g), 2 Low (60g), 1 High (250g). My question is, what do I do on the remaining 2 days of the week (these are my rest days), Do I revert back to a medium carb day?

Hi Castell

This depends upon your goals. If you're losing weight too quickly or not gaining it, then add more high-carb foods on your off days. If you're gaining or not losing and that is your goal, then just have a high-carb cheat meal or two.
