How can I cut without losing the muscle I've gained during bulking?

I've been bulking for 3.5 months; I've gained 8kg, mostly muscle with some fat.
I want to cut the fat I've gained then, I may, depending on the results, bulk again.
I was bulking on approx 5000kcals, 200g+ protein, 400g+ carbs, 150-200g of fat.
Cutting so far the plan is to keep the protein, cut most of the carbs and at least half the fats.
I'm 26. 6"2 and weigh just under 200lbs. I'm worried about losing a lot of the muscle I've gained.
Any advice would be much appreciated.
Thank you.

To keep maximum muscle mass while dieting, keep the protein at a minimum of 2 grams per kilo, take creatine (and no, it doesn't make you look soft or bloated), don't cut fats too much (Tip: Shrimp / prawns are a great source of cholesterol - which testosterone is made from - yet are almost pure protein, so if your fats have to go lower to keep up the fat loss, this can come in handy) and take free form essential amino acids before training (see previous questions on essential amino acids / EAAs)
