Hi,
Do you have any advice or exericises that could help with lordosis? Posture I'm sure plays a big role?

Because I'm not familiar with the individual's medical history and I can't see the person who has lordosis, I am going to recommend that they consider speaking to their doctor about whether physical therapy would be appropriate for additional treatment or if there are other options available.
The one exercise I will suggest trying a standing crunch exercise. If you stand with your feet about hip width apart, place your hands along your lower back with your fingers pointing downward towards the floor. Push your hands down and into your back, this should tilt your hips down and under you, your abdominal muscles will contract and you should notice that the curve in your lower back will be minimized. Hold this posture until you need a break, perhaps start with holding for 10 or 15 seconds and then gradually, over several days and weeks, increase the length of time you hold the exercise. This should help improve posture and strengthen the abdominal muscles and should also help improve lordosis.
Keep in mind that exercise should NEVER be painful and if this becomes painful, to stop immediately and seek medical attention.
I do hope this was helpful!
