What is the best way to utilize my time at the gym to lean out in 6 weeks?

There are 6 weeks until I go away so I am looking to lean out quick. I am currently carrying about 10lbs extra and its all on the GUT.

Can anyone give me a 5 day a week training plan? I currently train at6am mon- fri and can fit cardio in pm for 30 mins. What is the best way to utilize my time at the gym?

Hi Dan,
First of all, 70-80% of your fat loss results will come through diet and not exercise (assuming you're already exercising). So without a goo diet, you have little chance of hitting your 6-week goal. See the article - Can you tell me some types of HIIT training for fat loss? ) and then do at least two regular cardio session per week - the longer the better.
