Do you have any creative ideas for a pre-bed meal when cutting body fat?

Hey,
Just looking for some creative ideas for a pre bed meal really. I've been looking into it and I've seen that a popular one is cottage cheese and peanut butter but quite frankly it sounds disgusting if put together and weird to eat separate (in my eyes anyway ha). Plus cottage cheese is really a hit or miss food for a lot of people.
I know that casein protein is the best form to consume as it takes a long time to digest but I'd like some non-shake, food -based ideas to get this please?
Here's what I currently have:
> x1 scoop whey protein
> x1 tbsp flaxseeds
> x1 tsp organic cocoa powder
> x1 tsp cinnamon
> mixed together with a small amount of water to form a goo/paste
I love this but I'm looking for other ideas not just for me but for client's too. If anyone can shed some light on what's best nutritionally for a pre-bed meal and any ideas on what they have then that would be great.
Thanks.

cutting
Almonds, pistachios or cashews and/or eggs (boiled or scrambled with cheese) or smoked salmon are all great before bed if you're cutting and trying to get lean. I also add either salad, cucumber, celery, peppers and sometimes a small amount of houmus to dip them into...we're talking very few carbs here, high protein and lots of fibre!
