What diet is best for me?

Hi,

I'm a 15 year old female, 1.60cm, 61kg, 28.8% BF. I go to the gym and play tennis twice a week each. In the gym I run on the treadmill for 10 min, do lunges, squats, push ups, lat pulldowns, burpeys, planks.

However, I don't know what to eat, how to eat and when to eat; can you help?

could you help me choosing the right diet plan?

Hi Ana-Maria,

The best diet approach for both health, keeping lean and supporting your lean muscle is a higher-protein, moderate carb, moderate fat diet that is high in vegetables, essential fats (omega-3) and includes fruits (especially berries).
