Should I eat before working out in the early morning?

Hello,

I probably need to start working in the early AM, around 6am. Should I eat before? I usually have a breakfast when I get up(cup of egg whites, oatmeal and coffee).
I also usually eat 6 times a day.

What should I do?

Hi Kyle,

Our bodies need energy to be able to complete our workouts, so yes, you should be eating something before your workout. I suggest not eating such a large meal that you'll feel like throwing up during your workout. Only you will know if your current breakfast will be OK or if you want to split it up, perhaps have the oatmeal before your workout and then the egg whites and coffee after.
