Is tuna considered an oily fish like salmon is?

Hi,
I eat tuna everyday, yet I still take one Omega3 Cap (1g). Does tuna deliver enough Omega3 or should I carry one taking the cap as part of my daily diet?
Thanks

Most canned tuna has very little omega-3 so isn't a good source. Some fresh and frozen tuna steaks and other sources are actually a good source. So bottom line is that you have to read the label when you buy.
