If you are taking an anavar and trenabol cycle, do your muscles and heart still grow? Since these are both cutting steroids, how do these kinds of steroids that still make organs like your heart grow?
Thanks.
Thanks.

steroids
Thanks.
Instead, 'cutting' steroids are those which don't aromatise, so they result in a drier, harder look. Tren is favoured for cutting as it may mask the strength-loss associated with a hypo-calorific state.
Having said that, there is a pubmed study which shows anavar to be effective in reducing abdominal fat. With elevated liver enzymes as the price to pay.
So, to answer your question, ALL steroids will (in equivalent doses/strength ratio) will exert a degree of anabolic effect.
It is largely down to your nutrition and energy balance as to whether your muscles put on mass during a steroid cycle.
Your heart is a different matter. Genetic predisposition, lifestyle factors, increased blood viscosity (due to elevated RBC count from steroid use), elevated BP, etc ALL play a part.

Alex has delivered some great advice here. The main distinction with "cutting" steroids, is the oestrogen factor. The higher oestrogen with aromatising steroids not only causes a softer look but also probably decreases fat burning or increases fat storage to some extent but the research in this regard is not conclusive - I'm going more on empirical evidence here but this is based upon my cold, objective observations on hundreds of bodybuilders and other athletes, etc.
As far as heart growth (cardiac hypertrophy / left ventricular hypertrophy), there does seem to be some risk here with steroid use. See this recent answer: Heart enlargement from heavy lifting.
