Hi there,
I'm trying to loose weight; when should I use protein shakes in my diet? I'm trying to stick to 1500 cal a day and am eating a lot of fish, salmon, turkey, and chicken. I can't have soya because of an underactive thyroid. I am looking for a good protein shake that is soya free and idealy wheat free.
Also, do you have any ideas or websites on fitness, as I've so much to learn on fitness and nutrition; I just started to study both. Many thanks.
