How I should eat and exercise leading up to a fitness model photo shoot?

How I should eat and exercise leading up to a photo shoot? I am 5'2", 107lbs and I am training to become a bikini competitor/model. My problem areas are my "love handles" and stomach. I have my "v" and obliques starting to show, but I really want them to come out for my photo shoot. Any diet ideas?

Hi Alexis,

Regardless of where you have to lose the fat, the same strategies apply. There are short term and long term solutions but judging by your question and your picture, you just need to tighten up a bit because you're already in excellent shape.

For the best explanation of how to put the finishing touches on your physique before a photoshoot, fitness, bikini or bodybuilding competition, see my previous article - http://fitnessinventor.com/articles/807-hints-and-tips-on-looking-sharp-for-that-crucial-photoshoot-stage-appearance-beach-holiday
