What can I do to help me reach my bulking goal?

Hi, I am six foot three and I weigh between 85kg and 90kg. I am in the Marines so we do physical activity everyday. My question is, I want to bulk up to around 110kg. My diet consists of the standard three square meals a day. Now I know this is not enough, so I'm wondering if you could steer me into the right direction or recommend a meal plan that will get me to my goal.

Your help in this matter would be much appreciated.

Hi,

Having spent 7 years in the British Army I know how hard it can be at time to get the right amount of food in! especially when on Operations and Exercises.

The Simple fact of the matter is you gotta eat big to get big!

Firstly the best thing for you to do is to write down exactly what you eat with regards to carbs, protein fat and calories.

You will probably find out that you will need to DOUBLE what you are currently consuming to put the weight on as your job is extremely physical and you will most probably be burning in excess of 1000+ calories per day.

Its worth taking a look at the below link and although id never reccomend consuming the amount of calories that it says in it you can get the jist of the amounts of food that is required to put on size.

One of the best things you can purchase is a decent all in one protein and carb source. This will get you the extra calories/carbs/protein that you need.

The best one I have had is this one -

Hope This helps
