Are milled flax, almonds, other nuts and Q10 a good choice?

Hi,

I bought a pack containing a combination of milled flaxseed, almonds, brazil nuts, walnuts and Q10. Is that a good choice and when it be best to take this.

I usually have 4 whole eggs with wholemeal pitta + 1000mgs cap of Omega 3 in the morning. Im assuming I should take the flax seed combo with my 10am Protein shake maybe?

Hi Castell,

I would have this as an afternoon or evening snack with a protein shake. Generally, it is better to have lower carb, higher fat snacks later in the day and have your more carb-based meals and snacks earlier in the day.
