Hi Mark,
Would the following supplements complement each other for weight loss? What would be the best dosage of each and best time to take to maximize results if following a high protein, high veg, moderate fat and low carb diet.
Omega 3 fish oil
L-carintine
CLA
Caffeine
Green Tea extract
Bitter orange peel
Thanks
Luke

fat
You want at least 500mg of EPA and 200mg of DHA daily. So the days you don't eat fatty fish, have a few high-concentration fish oil capsules.
L-Carnitine - probably about 500mg but this is more of a support ingredient as it is required in higher amounts when you are burning more fat but doesn't have a dramatic effect on actually burning fat.
CLA - the average dosage in human studies is about 3 grams per day.
Caffein - take 200-250, twice daily.
Green tea - depends upon how rich in polyphenols the green tea is. You want a nice big dosage though. 400 or 500mg.
Bitter Orange Peel (Citrus Aurantium) - First of all, ensure that it is natural source 'P synephrine'. If so, you want a large dosage. 200 to 400mg twice daily.

Is there any fat loss supplements that contain your recommend amounts?
I looked at maximuscle thermabol but the were lower dosages and muscletech hydroxycut I couldn't find the amounts of the ingredients.
