Can you help me with my supplement plan?

If I were to wake up in the morning and have a whey protein hydrolysed form or an isolate between breakfast and lunch and then a weight gainer soon after work out, followed by Caesin in the night before sleeping. Would you say it is ok to do so? This is along with a proper real food diet, of course.

Hi Vinnie

Absolutely, there is no problem having the supplements that you suggest at the times suggested.

You may want to add 1/2 scoop of hydrolysed whey right after training and just before your weight gainer.

Pre-workout, you could use essential amino acids, or if not, a half serving of hydrolysed whey then too.
