How can I prevent gyno while taking testosterone and deca durabolin?

I have done the best I can with my diet, supplements and training. I want to take it to the next level. My body building buddy has suggested that I cycle 2ml of testosterone and 2ml of deca durabolin for 12 weeks. I know the risks; how does the cycle sound and what and when do I take to prevent gyno?

First of all I hope you actually do know the risks. I know the mainstream media often overstate the side effects of steroids but I also know bodybuilders often understate them. I know guys who have had heart attacks, severe kidney problems, abscesses and other nasty side effects from steroids beyond gyno, acne and hair loss. These were young, fit guys, so it seems a strong possibility that the steroids were involved in these events.
Also, "2mL" doesn't tell me the dosage - are they 50mg per mL or up to 400mg per mL? The difference between the two extremes is the difference between a mild cycle and a fairly strong cycle (which will obviously cause more side effects).
Anyhow, having said all of this, whilst natural ingredients like indole-3-carbinol (aka diindolylmethane) and calcium-D-glucarate may have a moderate effect on minimizing the the odds of gyno, they cannot be depended upon to do so for people who are the most susceptible. BTW, you won't know if you're susceptible until you feel a little tingle in your nipple or you see or feel some growth behind it.
So I'm not suggesting you take drugs because you should ONLY listen to your doctor or appropriate health professional when it comes to using drugs but it is well-known that Nolvadex (Tamoxifen), Arimidex (anastrozole) and other drugs that block the production or the effects (binding) of estrogen are effective for the avoidance of gyno.
