Can you recommend some abs exercises?

Hi,

Could someone please recommend of a good set of ab exercises for me (with the number of reps please)? I do HIIT + abs twice a week.

Hi Castell,

There are more ab programs to work the abdominals and achieve a six pack that there are grains of sand on a beach.

Here's what I do:

crunches on a Swiss ball 50 reps / 30 reps (with 25 pound medicine ball above my head) / 20 reps with 35 pound weight)

planks - front, 60 seconds / 40 seconds / 30 seconds (with one minute rest)

Side planks - 30 seconds alternating sides with no rest for 3-4 sets

That's it

I also do knee lifts on leg day, which work the hip flexers, etc and lower abs.
