What are three foods to incorporate into my diet to decrease my body fat?

My current body fat percentage is 14% and I would like to get it down to at least 8 and was wondering what foods would best help me aid this?

Hello Ben,

This is a difficult question to answer without specifically knowing what your diet is like at the moment. If I was going to be very general, then I would say:

1. High, quality protein sources.
2. Omega-3 fatty acids either from fish oils, food or flax
3. Green tea extract

Hi Dan. in the more morning i take a pint of ice water and a smoothie with strawberrie,plums,bananas, porridge oats and pineapple juice. throughout the day i eat fruit and sandwiches with chicken and stuffing. and usually ny dinner is either pasta and chicken or rice and chicken. i am also taking thermogrenade supplements. is there anything i could improve upon?

Have you tried Acetyl L-carnitine? Combine this with co-enzme Q10, and taurine for a better effect,
