Hi Mark,
I have been reading your muscle diet over the past few days and have mocked up a diet based on your points and information, I wondered if you could give me a few pointers on where im going right/wrong? Just to keep in mind, i'm 22, about 6'1 and 12.5-13 stone. I supplement daily with a multivitamin, green tea extract and occasionally omega 3/6/9 caps depending on my daily fat intake. My goals are to maintain the muscle I already have, but to start really leaning out over the next few months.
Let me know your thoughts!
Thanks

2 yolks are 12g of fat (not 6).
Also, don't drink coffee before training as it neutralizes the performance and endurance benefits of caffeine.
Otherwise, your calorie, protein, carb and fat intake is at a very good starting point and with proper monitoring of your weight and measurements, you will be able to make the adjustments needed to ensure continued progress.
