Can you recommend any fat burning circuits?

Hi Guys/Girls,
I am new to this site. I am just wondering if any of you can recommend a good fat burning circuit that I could do to pass time in the gym; even even a time-consuming one. I am familiar with some, but would love for some more routines to try out. I am looking to burn excess body fat; although I don't know what my percent body fat is. I know that it's pretty low; I have abs but my lower abs are not very defined, which is what I'm hoping to achieve.

To be honest my diet isn't ideal and I know that I need to motivate myself to sort it out and start making healthier choices.

Any help is much appreciated.

Thanks,
Tom

Hi Tom,

Unless you have a fast metabolism and/or do a great deal of high-intensity training, you are unlikely to see your full abs unless you get your diet right. I'll be posting a proven diet soon, so keep your eye on the site.

Briefly, your diet should include chicken, meat, eggs, fish, whey protein, lots of green and other non-starchy vegetables and small amounts of nuts, seeds, fruit and berries. If you don't eat fatty fish at least 2 or 3 times per week, then take a fish oild supplement.

So any foods that don't fit into the above categories should be cut. Usually, this means that you have to cut your starch (potatoes, bread, pasta, rice, corn, etc.) and sugar intake. Cutting about 500 calories (125 grams of carbs) is a good start.

If you want to get fancy you can try carb cycling and other techniques but this is enough info to get you started on the right track and then feel free to ask any further questions if you're having any issues.
