Hi,
Whilst adding mass and keeping fat low, I've been doing the following 3 times a week after weights:
Cross trainer 3 min warm up, then 1 min flat out, then 2 mins medium pace for 30 min.
How does this sound?
Thanks

fat
That is an excellent example of an effective HIIT session. You may want to mix it up sometimes and use different equipment - bike, treadmill, stair climber, etc. When you change equipment, your body is much less efficient because it is using muscles in an unaccustomed way, so more calories will be burned and the afterburn (amount of calories burnt following the session) will be higher also.
