Recommendations for female trainers/fitness models to research that don't 'sell out' to gimmicks?

I don't believe for one second 'Mel B' got her amazing body and shredded abs by 'the Jenny Craig Diet' or Jennifer Nicole Lee from her latest promotion for the 'ab circle.' I enjoy free weight training and love circuit training, (let's face it nobody gets the fitness model body by doing high levls of cardio/machines anyhoo). I realise there is big money to be made with celebrity endorsements, but I do lose respect for people that go against all their beliefs just to earn a quick buck or two! I was just wondering if anybody could recommend any women trainers/atheletes that I can research and aspire to. Or, even better, if you are a fitness enthusiast yourself, or a figure model yourself, can be your prodigy?
I'm looking for quick tips and advice and to see someone that has made the transition themselves. I know a lot of male trainers; my boyfriend being a personal trainer himself, it's brilliant! I would just love to meet or hear about a female I can relate to. Any ideas?

You can't beet one of Britain's number one fitness models and Fitness Inventor contributor, Kelly Rennie. Why don't you look at some of the articles she has posted on the site and then ask her a question directly?
