Mark: Why should healthy fats be minimized when cutting?

Hey Mark ,

I was wondering why the healthy fats should be minimized while cutting. How much should they be left out of your diet when you are trying to cut for a shoot or contest?

Hi Kenny,

Sorry, I must have mis-stated something. Only minimize "bad/unhealthy fats" when cutting - NOT good fats.

Also mark as far as ab training when trying to build overall muscle mass how often should it be performed . Also how often should you switch the exercises in the ab routine if your training abs say 2 times per week. i usually have a rotation where for day 1 i have three sets of exercises targeting all three areas of the abs and then day 2 where i have another three set of exercises . and stick to that for about 4 weeks ? what is your opinion. Their is a vast majority of people who change the execises always!!
