How can I reduce fat in my lower abs fast ?

I am just about 4 days away from a contest; help me loose my lower abs fat! Should I do leg raises in the morning and evening? If so, should I workout in the morning on empty stomach? How many reps and sets should I be doing?

You have a contest the day after Christmas!?!?!?

I assume you must live somewhere that Christmas isn't widely celebrated??

Sorry for not getting back to you sooner but Christmas and Boxing day are about the only days of the year that I don't work...

Anyhow, at 4 days out from a contest, you should have no unwanted fat on your abs, so your prep has not been effective. At four days out, you should have just finished depleting and preparing to "carb up" or "fill out".

leg raises will do very little to burn fat and just because you're using that muscle group doesn't mean more fat comes off that area of the body. As far as sets and reps, you can increase the reps slightly, increase the sets quite a bit and decrease the rests between sets dramatically.

HOWEVER....your biggest problem is that you didn't cut your carbs/calories/bad fats enough and that is by far the main reason that you didn't get as lean as you would have liked. So you need to re-evaluate your diet.
