I'm considering using estrogen blockers to help me drop some fat. Would this work? If so, would you recommending using pharma or OTC products?

Pharma - most commonly Nolvadex/Tamoxifen and others - will work best but they haven't been properly studied in men, so no one quite knows the implications of men using them. They certainly decrease estrogen and cause a small increase in testosterone and they may well have fat burning or diuretic effects.
Natural stuff like Indole-3-carbinol/diindolylmethanes will have a more subtle effect but if that includes eating large amounts of broccoli, cauliflower, leeks, brussel sprouts, etc, then it is a healthy addition to the diet.

while using a upper body lower body split twice a week. Was just thinking the lower estrogen would help but i was concerned about the sides or negatives of using them as a stand alone ( No gear )
I think that taking a breast cancer drug to facilitate fat loss is a situation where I believe the risks significantly outweigh the benefits. To quote from cancer.gov, " Men who take tamoxifen may experience headaches, nausea and/or vomiting, skin rash, impotence, or a decrease in sexual interest. "
