Would you recommend T5 or Grenade for fat loss?

The T5 product by Evo Labs that I found had a big 400mg dose of caffeine but not much of anything else, so I would definitely lean towards Grenade, which has a huge dosage of bitter orange and green tea, along with a solid dosage of caffeine and other fat burning ingredients.

The Grenade capsules are certified Halal but I don't think that they are vegetarian.
I believe Nutrex lipo-6 and Lipo-6 black and Universal Fat Burners are vegetarian.
