I have read with interest the recent results in human trials regarding green tea and its effects in increasing performance.
I have seen that subjects given 366mgs of ECGC have shown impressive results. I know more studies are due to be published.
I also know that comments are made are made about using standardised tea extract because of the variations in processing and strains etc.
I am looking at using the product grenade but am unsure if this is suitable as it only lists the amount of green tea (500mg per 2 caps).
Is the green tea used in the grenade standardised and will it give the amounts stated above and as used in the studies?

The green tea in Grenade is high-quality material. They don't list the actual concentration of polyphenols (like EGCG, EGC, etc) because they'd rather not disclose those details to competitors but rest assured, it is an effective dosage and this is a good part of the reason that Grenade became the best-selling fat burner in the UK and is probably the fastest-growing fat burner in the world.
