Is a digestive enzyme supplement worth taking now I'm bulking?

Now im eating alot more then i was before going through my first bulking cycle i was wondering if it was worth me taking a digestive aid.

Hi Mel,

Well, let's look at the facts. There is no research showing that taking these enzymes increases recovery or muscle mass. Also, most enzymes (which are made up of proteins) are broken down into inactive proteins and amino acids before they are absorbed by the gut. So unless you have a pre-existing digestive problem, there's is probably no advantage to taking digestive enzymes.
