How safe is Xando X-fat?

Directed to Mark Gilbert.
Me:
Height = 155cm
Weight = 51kg
Body fat = 28%

I would LOVE to get down to 45kg. What is a good amount of food to be eating each day? (e.g. how many calories?)

Also, can I take Xando X-fat without eating anything? Is that bad?
Also, I get so hungry at times. Should I listen to my hunger, or practice ignoring it mercilessly?

Hi Tricia

Here's what the company has to say about Xando X Fat (not sure if the spelling mistake is the company's or made by the website I took it from)...

Xändo™ X FAT is developed by Prof Marcin Krotkiewski in Sweden, a world famous weight managent expert. Prof Marcin Krotkiewski introduced the concept of Pear and Apple shape fat distribution and the concept of Waist to Hip ratio to the world.

Prof Marcin Krotkiewski has done quite a bit of published research in the field of metabolism, exercise and obesity (although the statement that he is "world famous" is probably a slight exaggeration) and this product does have some legitimate fat-burning ingredients in it. On the other hand, there is nothing in this product that makes it superior to all other fat burners.So this product is worth a try but as with all fat burner products, it may work very well for you or it may have only subtle effects...the only way to find out is to give it a try.

The key ingredients in the product have been used by millions of people (not totally aware of the effects of Betula alba though), so along with the fact that the formulator of the product has excellent credentials, I would doubt if this product had any safety issues.
