Can you help with my cutting diet?

Directed to Dean Chamberlain.
Hey Dean, you said to ask you this question about my cutting diet. I've been on my cut for about 4 weeks now so I don't need the actual diet, I just need a critique of what I am currently eating.

8:30 - First meal:
55g Porridge with skimmed milk and 2 scoops of whey.

12:00 - Lunch:
Boiled fish with veg

14:30 - Pre workout:
Banana + EAAs

16:00 - Post workout:
Banana + maybe some other fruit + 2 scoops of whey

18:30 - Dinner:
Some sort of meat with veg.

22:00 - Before bed:
Scoop of whey.

Hey harry, I guess the most important question to ask is are you still losing weight or seeing changes in your physique in the mirror if thats your preferred option? Because if you are steadily losing 1-2lbs a week then perfect, your on the right track, when the loss comes to a halt or you are losing in excess of 3lbs a week we need to take another look at the diet to see what we can change or implement into that. What does please me is that because you are on a calorie controlled diet your protein levels are high enough and at every meal, this will help maintain as much muscle as possible as well as firing up your metabolism. So let us know whether you are losing and we'll go from there.

Hey Dean, I'm losing around 1lb per week. I just worked it out and the carbs I cut out should equate to around 500 cals per day which equals 3500 per week/1lb of weight loss.

I only do HIT cardio twice a week though, which I should increase. After that I would expect to see another 0.5lbs of weight loss.

The only thing I was worried about with my diet is that it doesn't contain much fruit, so missing some nutrients. However I do eat a lot of veg so that may make up for it.

Yeah I would say you are on the right track losing 1lb a week that's fine mate, with regards to the fruit, if you are adding enough vegetables I wouldn't worry about nutrients because you're probably getting enough, if not think about taking a multi-vitamin. Especially since you are doing HIIT. Other than that mate you're on the right track, doing well!
