I first heard about Fitness Inventor at the Body Power Expo in Birmingham where Mark did a talk on nutrition.
I was just wondering if anybody knows of any similar events in the UK where there are talks on nutrition and training as I find the whole thing really interesting but am not planning any formal studies.
