Can you advise me on the best way to gain weight?

I am trying to gain some weight, I have been weighing 60kg for the past 5 years. I am healthy although i think my eating habits definitely plays a role - I only consume veggies and seafood. I have used protein shakes before but no luck.
Gym proves useless as I have no idea which machines i should be using.
Any advice?

If you want to gain muscle and not just weight, you have to lift some weights. So feel free to ask us about a good introductory weight training program.
Also, as mentioned above, you have to increase your calories and keep adjusting them up until you are consistently gaining weight each week.

so my adivce to you would be to included some carb source at all meal times in the form of oats, wholemeal bread or wraps, sweet potatoes, yams and things along those lines.
