What else should I be going as well as using Grenade Fat Burner to get the best results?

Hey Buddy,

I will be getting my shipment Of Grenade Thermo-Detonator soon and I can't wait to start using it after seeing awesome results from other people.

Apart from using Grenade, do you have advice on what else I need to do to get the best results?

Hi Michael

Recommendations:
1. Cut your carbs (starchy carbs and sugar) and if you go a week without losing weight, cut them further.
2. Increase your protein to 1 gram per pound of your bodyweight.
3. Do 1 to 3 sessions of high intensity interval training (HIIT) per week to burn the most calories in the shortest time.

Hey Mark!

Thanks man will consider that! I will actually Be starting On Monday 10/10 so that way its a new week and my body is clean. Im assuming that its MORE effective if it was taken before a Workout correct?

Hi Michael,

Yes, on training days take your Grenade 20 minutes to an hour before training. Always take the first serving first thing in the morning and on non-training days, take the second serving about 30 minutes before lunch.
