Starting back training Monday and looking to get my stack sorted. I have never used EAA's or BCAA's so would like your thoughts on which one to go for and a recommended brand would also be good.

I have tried many supplements and i am now using reflex one stop extreme after training and muscle tech pro nitro (contains EAA`S) before training. These supplements are the best i have tried by a long way in my opinion.
BCAA`S or EAA`S are a must in your supplementation especially for size.
Im sure the experts will have more advice though regarding these, look under your post there a similar posts, these will help give you some idea.

Your body needs the 8 essential amino acids (EAAs) available in significant amounts to build muscle. BCAAs are only 3 of the 8 EAAs. So by only taking BCAAs, you're trying to build muscle with less than half of the required raw materials.
Also, EAAs have been shown to be the most effective thing you can take just before training to ensure maximum levels of muscle-building activity during and after the workout. I usually take half a scoop of hydrolysed whey protein (use regular whey if the hydrolysed stuff is a little steep for your budget) along with Universal EAA Stack and drink it slowly starting about 5 minutes before I hit the weights and finish it about 10 or 15 minutes later.
