Hi All,
I'll be doing the following Push/Pull/leg workout and I would appreciate your responses about the routine.
Goal: Add lean muscle
Cardio: 2 Times a week: 40 mins + Abs
3 Sets, 8-12 Reps
Push:
Incline Bench
Flat Bench
Dips or Flys
Skullcrushers
CG Bench
Military Press
Side Laterals
Cuban Rotations or Front Raise
Pull:
Deadlifts
Bent Rows
Pull-ups or Lat Pull-Downs
DB/BB Curls
Hammer Curls
BB Shrugs
Rear Laterals
Legs:
Squat
Hamstring Curl
Leg Extension
Standing Calf Raise

I'd certainly do the skull crushers and close grip bench after the military press and flys, as your triceps will be too fatigued to lift an effective amount of weight if you work them before hand. You may also want to do the flys before the military press to pre-fatigue the shoulders because your triceps will already be somewhat fatigued from the chest work before hand.
Especially if you are tall, you may want to add leg press or hack squats to your leg routine, as they target the quads better for most people - especially tall guys.
Otherwise, it's a solid program
