I'm thinking about trying fat burners/stackers. Can you suggest any good ones? I was looking at t5 or adapexin-p.

From the info I can gather on the internet, T5 is very high in caffeine with a modest amount of bitter orange and a tiny amount of green tea and acetyl-L-carnitine. So except for caffeine (which is very high) the levels of other ingredients is very low.
The Adapexin-P contains Phenylethylamine (PEA), glucomannan and caffeine as key ingredients. PEA can have effects on appetite through its effects on release of norepinephrine and dopamine but its effects are mild and short-lived because it is broken down very rapidly after absorption into the circulation. Glucomannan certainly can decrease appetite but the dosage required is generally believed to be at least three times that found in Adapexin-P ( I know because I worked with Canadian researchers at the University of Toronto who did most of the initial research on glucomannan's effects on appetite and blood sugar/insulin).
I would say if you can handle a really heavy stimulant product, try something like Lipo-6 Black or if you want something that works just as well but doesn't give you the jitters, try Grenade. It has become the best-selling fat burner in Britain over the last year and a half (just for the record - I do some work with Grenade and the owner is a good friend of mine, so I may unintentionally be a bit biased but I've also worked with and still work with several other companies in the industry who do fat burners).
