How can I improve the strength in my triceps?

Hi Dean,

How can I improve the strength in my triceps? I feel they are lacking compared to the rest of my upper body strength.

I know this is directed to Dean; however i would ask if you have close grip bench presses or ring/bar dips in your programme? Compound exercises on the triceps will benefit for overall growth rather than isolation exercises.

Hi Dean

i recently finished a great tricep workout which i made great goals from which included the following exercises (3sets each with 10 reps on all of them);

close grip bench press
weighted parellel dips
seated EZ
Lying down EZ skull crusher

after a few weeks add kickbacks or any other exercise at the end and do 1 set to failure.

Youll have tris in no time!
