Hi,
I'm taking protein 3 times a day, one is a gainer. I also take no xplode. This week I have noticed a little fluid under the nipple. Could this be a sign of gynaecomastia? My diet is clean and high calorie; I've also started to drink 500ml of full fat milk per day.

Nothing you've mentioned should encourage gyno. Some people have a genetic predisposition for it but unless you are using steroids or have some kind of dietary source of estrogen, I don't know of any reason you'd be getting gyno??
Is your nipple tender, sensitive and a bit sore? These are the signs of gyno.
