When cutting, how much of my diet should be made up of fat?

When I'm cutting I go for 12-18% fat, this would equate to roughly 70-75g on a 2400kcal diet.
Great sources of fat would be fish/seeds/nuts.

This works great for me to get down to 8%, but you may differ slightly. So play with the percentage as required.
