am i right in thinking that the B.V of a protein is related to the ratio of g/pkg bodyweight (in the case of whey optimally 104 bv 0.2g/kg ) and that it declines the higher the ratio ?(eg 70bv at 0.5g/kg)
if that is the case am i wasting my money by "double scooping" or even having too many single scoops in one day even. Please dont shout at me but I rely mostly on the whey to get my protein (medical reasons as meat makes me ill) so i am sort of a veggie but not really lol.

Not totally sure what your asking but I can tell you that the higher the BV of a protein, the less of that protein you will need to meet your protein/amino acid needs.
As Richard says above, if whey protein is your only animal protein source, you probably need at least 7 or 8 scoops/servings per day (~160g protein) if you train with weights and/or if you keep your starchy/sugary carbs moderate.
Also, you may want to add some saturated fat in the form of a few teaspoons of coconut or palm oil per day, as your saturated fat intake is probably a bit low by human evolutionary standards. Other supplements you should be taking are a good multi-vitamin/mineral supplement and fish oil.
