Does my age and being vegetarian affect my ability to lose body fat?

At the age of 51 with Vegetarian diet can I turn my body into muscle with very low fat percentage?

Hello Prakassh,

First of all age does not prevent you from losing body fat, it just makes it harder. Being vegetarian does present you with a challenge. Are you willing to use whey protein supplements? Do you exercise?

Dear Dan

Thanks for the reply, I started excercise mostly bodyweight training 3 days and 3 days I run outside. I will join gym after 3 months. I have purchased whey protein.

Today in Mumbai Shery Classic bodybuilding competition started and first time international figure is going to take part.

Main attraction is Kris Gethin.

Thanks again. I will be in touch.

Hey Michael and Mark

Thanks for the reply, I now understand the reason of low testosterone levels. Unfortunately I cant change my diet, I am depend only on a Whey Protein as I follow spiritual path and in this path we have to be a Vegetarian.

But at running 51 age I am trying to keep myself fit and dream for muscle body so I can attain my meditation for longer period of time.

First let me setup my exercise routine for now. With that I will increase the whey protein intake.

Once again thanks for great guidance.

I will be in touch.

With best wishes.
